In operation since 1997, Pathway has become one of the regions innovative providers of employment, training and community support services helping thousands of people each year with Advice & Guidance, Training and Recruitment. As an integrated employment and learning provider, Pathway works in partnership to help its learners reach their full potential by breaking down the barriers to achieving sustainable employment.


Underpinned by local knowledge and sector expertise, we have an in depth understanding of the needs of the businesses we work with.  As an innovative solutions provider we are able to draw on a wealth of experience from a wide range of industry sectors. By listening to the needs of employers we strive to develop the right strategies to deal with the skills shortages within the local labour market. This includes an extensive range of training and assessment options to fit in with the employer’s requirements for their existing workforce while also managing their recruitment needs.


Working with our extensive list of clients, we will deliver training that meets the skills development requirement of their existing workforce. We also work with young people and job seekers who need help to prepare themselves for the local job market. By developing the new skills and job readiness qualities that employers are looking for, we can help candidates to gain the confidence to apply for and maintain new employment.
